Anyone remember me???? Updated pic

Sup bros. VERY long time no see. Anyways a few of you guys may remember me...I had a cutting journal going on for a while...just look under SIX PACK OF BUST....anyways it's been a while since I posted pics.... just wanted to give you guys an update. I've been doing pretty well. Trying to work in the weights around work and school. Sometimes I gotta squeeze my workouts into two or three days, which is sometimes pretty difficult. Anyways, I lost all of the old pics, or I would post them for comparison. But I could probably dig around here and find them.....anyways, enuff talk...here's the pic.

Thanks for the compliments bros! Yeah I spend alot of time working on my traps, but I think they are mostly genetic, as well as my shoulders. I have been trying to bring my chest up...I've been beween 43 & 44 inches there for a while now. Just going to have to try some new things I guess to see if I can stimulate a little growth there. Anyways thanks to BUBBA, here is a pic of me 2 years ago, I've been bustin' my butt not to look like this again.

I remember your old pictures... WOW, your arms and traps have certainly filled out. Looks like you are doing pretty good. Keep up good work.

Appreciate it all bros. No, no cycle experience. I weigh 178 now... working my way up. Surprised as many of you remembered me as did. I've definately been working hard to get "swoled up" naturally. I've learned its a VERY long VERY slow process, but it will be worth it down the road. I'm still only 20 so I've got a long ways to go.

You see yourself everyday so it only seems slow to you. Any of us making any kind of progress will show noticable results after 6 months. You have done well.
