yeah comin along real nicely. abs are looking diced. legs look real good but it looks like there a little puffy, kinda bloated. im sure u know this but i read swole write that u shouldnt train legs about 14 days before ur show. it might have even bin on ur other thread and im re-writing this.

yeah actually it was.As a matter of fact I just trained shoulders and hams right before the pictures were taken.Thanks 4 the compliments
