    Exclamation New member with a pic

    i posted this same thread in the new members thread.

    i am 19 years old with 1 year of serious training. I have never done any steroid cycles. i am here to learn from you guys and ask questions and most importantly do my research. i have used just creatine and protein. i am from nova scotia canada. thanx guys


    this picture was taken when i was 18 years old. i have dropped 30 pounds since this picture and i will have new pics very soon.

    to possibly become an ifbb pro. no joke. i have a backup plan if that doesn't work so i'm going to school . lol. cuz most likely my chances are slim at best.

    Bro, you got a lot of mass and it seems like you have power to spare. I'm sure you'll keep it up and inprove with leaps and bounds.
