Alright, these were taken today, May 5. I've taken two weeks off body building, I think my muscles really needed the break. I've been working out for about 2.5 years non-stop.
What do you boyz think needs work? Besides the big fat gut, I already know about that :D
And what would you guess my body fat to be? Cause I got no clue!!!

Just by looking at the pic bro, I would have to say 18-20% Otherwise you look very thick. I think if you lean out you will look like one scarry MOFO. Good luck with that, and keep training bro
Thnx ripped_82, I guessed that it was between 15-20%. My weight is about 190 now, so I think I'm just gonna weight until i'm 21, 19 now. When I start juicing, and i'll do some cutting cycles or something.

Nice delts bro... Looks like your best bodypart... I'd guess your BF is around 18%... As far as what to work on I'd say chest and lat width...

Thnx, in those pictures my hair is trimmed, so they're like 2-3 mm long each. I think it's best to just trim, no need to shave/wax. It still looks good trimmed :)

I'd guess your body fat around 18-22%, the only reason I would guess that high is the love handles....But your back looks like it carries less fat than the front so you have it good there!
My stomach is very distended and even now i'm at 12-11% and mine hangs a bit.....
You look good for 19! Bigger than most 19 yr olds..Your delts look nice. I would agree with the above post that your weak points are your chest and lats....but dont forget about the arms!!! You got great delts and if you pound the bi's and tri's imagine the GUNZ you will have!!!!

Your best bodypart is definately your delts. If you lower the bodyfat you'll be surprised how much muscle is under there. Your built simular to my brother and when he dropped 20 lbs. I was shocked by how much muscle he had.

I think you really have some nice overall thickness and a lot to work with at your age, I can tell you have been lifting hard.
As far as suggestions, i'd say dont wait *too* long to shed BF. With some effort eg clean diet, cardio, lifting I think you can shed some BF and still retain a good amount of muscle. You will be suprised how much bigger u look with lower BF
cant really tell ya anything more than the other bros have already said. your are looking thick dood , just get your diet and your cardio down and you'll be looking great. post some pics and keep us updated.

For the pics i'm using my webcam, and unfortunetly it's the best I can do for now, but my brother is planning on buying a digital camera pretty soon, so hopefully, i'll get some better kick ass pics!
I agree with all you about the bf. I do need to fix up the diet again. I got sloppy for a while, but I will be fixing up the diet more. I think subconsiously, I keep thinking that if I do cardio, I'm gonna lose all my muscle mass and look bad or something. This is something I def. need to work on!

In terms of other stats...
190lbs, 5'6 tall
biceps = 15.5
quads = 22
chest = 45
I think my ultimate goal is to look like BigKev, but a 5'6 version :D

Thnx bro. It's weird actually, cause my delts were just like the rest of me, it was just normal, in terms of strength too. But for some reason several months ago, I was just able to upgrade VERY easily on the military press. I was doing sets at around 115 pounds. And like two/three weeks later, I could upgrade and easily do 155 pounds!!! Now that was a HUGE shock to me, especially considering that I do sets on the bench press with only 185 or so! Don't worry about the hairy legs bro, I have them too. The woman would kill me if I were to shave them, she has no problem with the chest, but I can't touch the legs. Those delts are looking pretty sweeeeettt!!
