    My 1 year diffrence 18yr old

    OK the 1st picture was take october last year wen i was only 17 i forget how much i weighed. The 2nd picture is of me now taken few days ago i jsut turned 18 on the 29th of september ..im shorty i only like 163cm which is bout 5 '3 i think n i only weigh about 59kgs i dont know what that is in pounds . at the moment all i do is eat n eat jsut tryin 2 get bigga l'll cut up lata on . soo yes any replys goo on

    Good progress, Did the wheels make the same improvements? I'd say lose some bodyfat, you got a belly. Otherwise looking good for 18.

    thanks 4 the replys and no havent done any cycles havent even really taken protein much either nothin at all realy i jsut eat lots thats why i have bit of a belly lol but l'll get rid of that sooner or later , my legs still need work so no picture of them yet lol. i might do a cycle when i get abit older i wana get big natural 1st sooo then by the time i do get on a cycle l'll get hugee.
