    Pics.. lifting for 6 years.

    24yr old, 195lbs. Lifting since 17, weighed 140. Gained approx. 8-10lbs/year.

Here are pics from 2003/175lbs.. Next are pics from 2005/195lbs. I'll try and find some from 2000, you'll get a good laugh. Currently 198.

    Looking pretty proportional...IMO at least.

    Legsmade significant improvements.

If i had to nitpick, i'd say your lower-chest and arms are a little behind

deuce: hell of a stereotype! Other than 4000+ calories/day for the last year and a half, 4-6day/wk training routine, and 110% dedication. I have experimented with creatine and other vitamens. Thanks for asking.

collar: yes legs were a bitch, but I trained them twice a week for 6 months. Monday's quads, thurs: hams. They are finally getting to where I don't look too top heavy. Agree my back is flat, needs thickness. thanks.

nark: Yea, my chest is genetically pretty high, sucks. Bi's have always lacked peak as well.. good eye. appreciate the honesty.
    keep em comin.

    Oh yea, measurements.

From off the top of my head. *(where I'd like to be at end of year).
    Weight: 195 *210
    neck: 17 *17.5
    chest: 45 *47
    waist: 32 *32
    arms: 16.5 *18
    forarms: 12 *13
    legs: 25 *30
    calves: 15 *16

last one is from two months after the front shot next to it, was around 192 compared to 195 in bloated pic. Not as much water retention. I am 198 now and more defined. Get some pics up in a few weeks when I reach 200. Here's a couple more leg shots, calf pic not the best.

Only question I have is why do you have tats in 2003 pics and none in 2005 pics?

I erased them on the 05 pics but not the 03, look closer on the 05 back shots and you can see the smudges.. it was a pain in the ass so I just decided not to do it to the other ones.

thanks jess and ttuprincess, is that you in your avatar? If so, lookin good.

I admire your dedication and your goals, but realistically a 5" jump in quad development by the end of the year is pretty farfetched, actually nearly impossible unless you get fat as hell. But you look great, keep up the good work!!

stayinstacked: those are just my goals, and I will do whatever it takes to reach them. btw, I know I probably won't hit 30's on quads but hey all I can do is try. I'll repost in december and let you know how close I am.

Yea I hit deads EOW. killer lower back workout but it made my waist grow also. I'll repost some pics in a couple months to compare. Thanks for the comps.

That's good to know.. Thanks. Still searching for pictures of me at 17yrs old. HAHAHA! 135lbs. I gained approx. 10-12lbs naturally for 3-4 years and then made a mistake by starting too early. Can't go back now, nor do I regret it. I've just learned since then that with proper diet I could have achieved my desired results without the use of AAS. Atleast until a certain point. Keep that in mind.
