i have very similar stats as you and same type of frame.
IM 24, 5'9 206lbs appx 15-18%bf im taking prop/win/tren and clen /ECA
ive been on for about 2.5 weeks eating super clean and traning hard cardio 4-5 days a week 45-60 minutes. but I believe im gaining msucke and not loosing fat i weigh the same and im getting stronger every workout. how ling until you started to see the results on the scale. I know everyone is different just wondering how this worked out for you.

i weighed myself every week and pretty much every week my weight changed (increased in my 5week bulk and decreased in my 12 week cut)- i think only 2 week out of 17 it remained the same
i found it difficult to hold onto muscle during my cut- i remember getting slightly stronger in the first halve of my cutter but towards the end i was loosig strength - but at this point i was on so little calories and doing silly amounts of cardio
how much cardio are you doing - you could perhaps increase it now that your nearly in your 3rd week

did you have any side from your cutting cycle. I have had a bad fever and am getting hives i belive this is from the tren , If it persists this bad i will have to discontinue the tren. Any input?
