what to eat?lean beef turkey & chicken (not cold cuts),rice & potatos protein shakes in between meals.Get yourself up to 6-8 meals a day(shakes count as a meal) and train your heart out and you"ll grow. For now stick to basics like incl. and flat benchs squats, deadlifts, presses, curls pulldowns, rows, dips & pushdowns.Nothing to fancy.Try training (2 days on 1 off) or (3 on 2 off) don't train a body part more then once every 6 days but make sure you bust ass on training days, keep your workouts around a hour and get out of the gym.Do this consistently and you'll be amazed in a few months.Good luck!

    Quit the Heroin.

    No, seriously:

Read in the diet forum to find out what and when to eat.
Read in the work-out forum to find out how to lift.
Read in the Steroid forum to find out you're not ready to cycle yet.

Lots of huge guys have started from where you are now. Commitment and knowledge is how they achieved their goals. You provide the commitment, A.R. will provide the knowledge.

    Good luck,

    BigLittleTimmy

They are all hard. Concentrate on chest, legs, shoulders, back. Those muslces will make the scale go up the fastest. Everyone likes to have a set of guns but like everyone says work on the compound movements for overall mass.

I've made my best gains training 2 on 1 off.You grow when your resting not in the gym it's all about recovery.Too many begginers get caught up in the more is better theory you know 6 days straight 2 or 2.5 hours a day.Bust your ass for an hour and get out of there thats my advice.

    thats probably overtraining
i dont even train that much when i'm on cycle

5 days a week is ok but should be an hour and a half MAX, preferably an hour
any longer than that and cortisol will be eating away your muscle

I only train each bodypart once a week.My training split looks like this;chest day, quad day, shoulders & hamstring day, back & traps day, arms day,I train 2 days on 1 day off calfs & abs 3 days a week. This rotation gives you plenty of rest so you can really bust your ass every workout & knowing you have rest day every 3rd day sure makes that easier.IMO training arms 3 times a week is only going to lead to overtraining them.Keep these wokouts to an hour or less and you'll be amazed so long as you give it your all.
