Impressive. The Comparisons of before and after are amazing, you put on a lot of quality mass and not alot of fat. Good job.

Thanks I'm still trying to put on some more poundage. Will my need for mass ever stop? lol I just keep wondering how a few more pounds will look on me so I just keep adding. When I was 185lbs I thought 200lbs would be nice. Now that I'm here I'm thinking 225 has a nice ring to it

You know what I was 207 (guessing 15% or more bf) the day I started my test/deca cycle, and when I stopped I was 205-206 8%bf so I didnt gain actuall scale poundage but I did gain muscle for sure. MY cycle was 750mgtest/wk & 600mgdeca/wk. Way to much for my first time thats for sure I regrett doing that much now. I crashed hard in my opinon. SO the next cycle will consist of only 500mg testcyp/wk. I want to try this like I should of my first time

By the way the pics from 185lbs to 205lbs were roughly 1yr&4months apart. Most of my gains have been from eating and training consistently for the last 2 yrs
50%heart, 40%nutrition & 10% training. Something like that

damn thats a serious first cycle....u gonna try to bulk up next one or cut down?
-

YEah tell me about it. My first cycle was a "cutting" cycle because of my lowered caloric intake. So this next one is going to be a bulker(500mr/wk of test) Im not going to put a time limit on it just like the 1st cycle, Ill listen to my body. After like 13 wks of my 1st cycle I was ready to qutie, too many side effects. Hopefully I'll have less sides this time, thats why Im only doing one compound, at a moderate dosage, to try and minimize the sides.

I was thinking back. Do you do deadlifts?
-
10-26-2005, 11:26 PM #18
You know what I've never done regular deadlifts for back for more than a 6 wks or so. I know what your getting at, dead lifts will help my back development. Good suggestion thanks

My diet has always been high protein at least a 1.5 grams per pound of body weight. On cycle I was more like 2grams of protein because my body utilized the protein better plus I was low carbing it(like 150-200g/carbs) so needed the extra calories from the protein. Fat intake was low also.
Carbs for me make such the difference I've never had a problem adding the size but to stay lean is a whole other challenge for me. When I eat clean I get good results but as soon as I start fudging a little my body just stores it all as fat. (cardio, cardio!!)
I'm going to start bulking here for the winter real soon, right now I've just been maintaining. Right now im something like 40%-40%-20% carb, protein, fat
going to do 50-30-20.

Very good transistion.
Back could use width imo in comparison to those huge delts (re: rear double biceps pose)
Tatt is bad-ass
Chest; traps; arms; are great
Quads are huge...calves need size
Looking great overall

Looking good man. You should be proud of the transition. It has allready been said but I will say it again, thicken the back. Try deadlifting on a regular basis.
