2 hours of cardio? Shiit. did your strenght fluctuate during the weight loss period? With 2 hours of cardio a day and 1500 cals, i would start looking like a bean pole. But hey, worked for ya!

this is AWESOME, i am aiming for what u did bro.....u are an inspiration and now i feel i can do it...ive only been working out for a month or so. so im not really aware of what kind of workout i need to be doing. is there any advice u can give me? perhaps exactly what u did, because im in the same boat as your before pictures, except a lil more im at 290ish

From Jan - 10 -2006 school starts and a job
Mon to Friday i have school from 8:30-2:00 and Work 3:00-7:00 and than study and hit the gym . . . . . . . it's going to be so hard to keep traning and focusing on school . . . . And of course cut Down Town life to only one day a week MAXXXXX
I will try my best to keep eating very clean through the day with 6-7 meals a day, and good thing is i have a treadmill at home that i can use 1st thing in the morning . . . . . . current weight and look same as last time
Goal is to cut, i guess that i need to cut to 220lb lean
Will see whats going to happen time will tell
