So many people would have stopped at your mid-way pictures... lose alot of fat and then just stay with their mediocre body and be satisfied being slightly overweight. Congrats on sticking to it and going through the 100% transformation. flat bench press 315lb 6 times
wide grip pull down for back 240lb 10 times
pretty good- how much did it go up since the second set of pics (210lbs) if you can recall? i bet it went up a lot, just by looking at them
from 210 and 240lb big diffrence in lifts
like in bench pres 275 to 315
