To keep cutting or go back to bulking?

The first picture is before the Mag 10 1-AD stack normal diet regular work out. The second is after 2 bottles of Mag 10 and 1 bottle of HDT 1-AD stack and eating like a pig and high intensity training.
The third is after a low carb diet w/ herbal eca stack plus high intensity training, but the dieting and cutting is taking a toll on my strength. I don't know if I should continue with cutting.

You look good and have made some good gains but I'd say you still need to put on more muscle.
    Keep up the good work

    Dude,

I would try to bulk a little more also. Although your abs are starting to really pop.

What is the scar from? Pretty nasty!!!

Well my man, on this board I think 99.9% of the people are gonna tell you to go for more muscle. I do like the shape of your muscle better in the cutting pic.. along with the abs. JMO.

actually they are over developed oblique muscles. The scar was surgery for removal of lymphnodes. They cut through my abs and for a while my obliques started to take over most of the abdominal work until the abs healed. They just got real large. I never work them or do sit ups to the side. The do get larger when I am kickboxing though. The second pic i was 185 the third i was 175. I think I'm going to try to lean out some more to see what I'ld look like at around 5%. It'll probably be to thin but I've never gotten bellow eight so who knows?

Very nice progress, I bet you could cut the abs just a bit more and they'd look really ripped.

Try and keep from getting any fatter while adding some muscle.

Despite what most say you can gain muscle and get lean at the same time. Train heavy, do cardio e.o.d. in the morning on an empty stomach, make sure to eat clean and get minimum of 300 grams of protein per day over 6-7 meals and limit carbs to good sources.
