here are some from the show this saturday. i.m the one on the far left. i finished second in the heavy weight division and third overall. the guy that won the overall is on the far right in the show pics, and he clearly deserved it. i didn't lose because of my conditioning i lost to someone with more muscle mass and experience than myself. i am really happy with the way things turned out and have already started my bulking diet for a show in july. please give me some input as to how you think i looked.

yeah i had a real hard time losing the water in my lower back and i only started training abs at ten weeks out so they were really flat. i weighed in at 213 but when i started to think about the show i was around 275. so i lost around 65 pounds in six months. the guy who beat me was a monster and i don't feel like i should have done anything different as i came in in the best shape possible. i'm starting to bulk now and would like to put on 10 to 15 pounds of quality muscle for the july show. only time will tell. thanks for all the positive comments everyone. hey wuboy25 what did you think of my choice of music?

thanks alot oldman. as for the the two judges the woman was there to help and the other was just calling out the mandatory poses. so they were not even judges. as for the guy on the far right his name is salim and he was a freak of nature and won the overall and a lot of people are saying he will go pro this year or next. thanks again for all the comments.

I think when you are on stage with someone that steals the show it makes you want to work that much harder (or run them over with your car after the show).

Salim Satir is a huge monster!!! I think he's gonna be attempting to win the canadians next year and get his IFBB Pro card... he definatly have what it takesto get it (If Fouad Abiad isn't too huge next year...IMO he's gonna be hard to beat...)

i didnt have abs was the problem. i never trained them, ever. so when i was ten weeeks till the show i started training them and it was to little to late, but i have started training them eod so i wont have this problem next time.
