    My Crappy Back

    This is my back. The lighting is bad and my tan is nonexistant. I cant pose either. Enough with the excuses. When I am done cutting and get to the beach I will show more. Hopefully I won't still look like a 16 year old girl. I am new also so hi. Feel free to talk shit about my back I can take it. But watch out for the fists, they have a mind of their own...jk.

    Crappy back? Looks pretty good to me. Arms look good, back is pretty good. You aren't doin them much justice with your posing. Try to flare your lats out on this pose more. Hard to explain, but like..act like you're doin a latspread from that position (bring your lats forward and kinna flex downwards) eh screw it too hard to explain. Anyway, I would say good work and I would start cutting soon, if you haven't arleady. Hard to tell from the back, but you look about 16-18% bf

    Thanks chest. I have a higher bf % I think. I store fat in my chest bad. It sux.
    Makes my chest look smaller than it really is. When it is gone I will post that pic.

    5'9 ~195lbs down from 213 in Jan. need to lose about 20 but my wheels are shitty. just started back. when they develop I will be around 185 with low bf. Then I am going to bulk up to 225.

    I will show them after i cut. As soon as I cut i am going deca 400mg/10 weeks and test e 500/12 weeks. And I will lay out my pics pre cut, post cut/precycle, and during/post cycle. Got to leave ya'll wanting more.

    listen man, stop downing youself and talking negative about your body. Your back isnt that bad, and its not small by any means. If I had one critique it would be to work on the lower back more w/ deadlifts so you can get those spinal erector muscles up and showing. Once you drop a little weight and get a tan going you'll look awesome. But listen to me, dont look at your body as "here is my shitty back" look at it like a project that keeps going in the direction towards completion. It's a project bro, you make plans and achieve the goals, stop downing youself, that attitude will kill a bodybuilder. Good luck!!

    Thanks ya'll. I do deads stacked i have been stuck at 415 for 3 reps for a while. I will try one week off of them. I think with better posing it would show more.
