    Wink new member trying to get back in swing!

    hi everyone, since this would be my first ever post, i thought id start off with my pics!

    my stats:
    27 years old
    weight : 182 (82KG)
    height : 6.29" (1.92m)

    a little background on myself(and clues how that not too good mid section developed!)
    I started BB when i was 17, and played for around 5 months and saw amazing gains, but had to stop since i moved to a new country to start university.
    and didnt study much, but partied my ass of for 4 years. now i have always had a very fast metabolism and i could eat anything and everything, freshman year my 6 pack was showing!)
    anyways, i graduated and work started and my health seemed to have gone down with it. as for the past 4 years, i developed my 1 pack

    to cut a long story short, i started BB again and i am determined to see it through and have joined the gym for a whole 14 months. have been going since october 5 days a week training every muscle group once a week, and 20 mins variable intensity cardio afterwards.
    (take out 2 weeks of heavy new year partying and 10 sick days straight after that)

    now, my main aim is to improve my appearance(id LOVE to see my 6 pack again!) and my health. from the pics ive seen on the board, my idea physique would be van dam's.

    I am willing and motivated to try anything, except AS, as i believe i need to build a solid foundation naturally before i even consider it

    so any comments, flames, criticisms or advice would be greatly appreciated.

    sorry for the long post, but this is the only forum i have felt confident to post in, as its members are some of the most knowladgable, nice and non judgementl people ive seen on the net so far

    hey dj

    Good to see your first post. Work hard and never give up. Will follow you progress. I too am busy changing my body. Tennis's advice seems pretty solid.
