These are my before and after pictures. I have been working out religously since this June. I started out at 6'4 169lbs im now up to 194lbs today. Ive been taking creatine and protien weight gainers. My goal is to get up to 230-240lbs. I plan to start my first cycle of test when I get a hold of some. Feel free to critique!

You plan to juice, and you've only been workin out since june?
I'de think again buddy! I've been workin out since i was 12, and i have yet to use juice. You need to build more of a base naturally before you concider that stuff! You might end up doign more harm than good to yourself.

I say eat more and lift heavier things, and put them back down again.
You can go to the workout section of the forum and see what other people do for workout routines.

It just takes time to get big bro!

Plus, if you put on as much weight as you say you did, i'de say you don't need juice yet.

    AND WELCOME!

awesome bro..before i finished reading your post i thought you were gonna say you did a cycle..protein and creatine all the way bro..nice job, thats some really nice poundage, stay natural as long as possible you gained 25 lbs in 5 months that's pretty intense, learn more about diet and take full advantage of the way your body is adding on size now..later bro

My legs are still like bean poles!!!!! I try to eat about 3000-3500 calories a day. I eat one hungry man meal which is 1500 calories and three shakes which give me hella gas(500 cals per serving) and two more meals of whatever. My workout is based on the westside barbell approach lots of heavy weights. When I started bench was 185 up to 260 now and my squat is 300 and deadlift is 330.

I think you are on the right track as well as on the right web site. Stick around and you will learn plenty. I sure have learned a lot from the AR family.
Big ups to AR. But yeah, keep it simple and natural.
    Peace

I'm hoping that 'when you get a hold of some'= at least 4 years from now.

    Kudos on the progress.

Ditto on the sentiment that you should stay natural.

Hit up the diet forum and get your diet sorted.

A 'hungry man' meal does not a diet make.
