    6 Weeks Out!!!

    Hey i took some pics today, tell me what you think! What should I be focusing on most? (besides my abs of course )

    Stats: I'm 19 years old, 6'3" and I weighed 236lbs today on an empty stomach.

    yeah - my back has always been my best part but my chest and quads were lagging 6 months ago so that's what I have been focusing on and I guess it has paid off!

    you are right about my triceps. I cannot get them to grow! they are strong as sh*t but for some reason they won't get bigger

    As others have said abs and triceps need a little work.. what do you do for triceps?

    It's hard to judge symmetry when the pictures are taken in sections. Set away from the camera and take full length shots in the mandatory poses.

    it's hard because it gets out-of focus cause its a webcam. i'd love to get a full bodyshot

    tris for sure. id say you look better from the front than from the back, which is a good indication that focusing on chest and delts has paid off, and IMO more than caught up with your back. quads look awesome dude, good luck

    my honest opinion based on your pics is that your bodyfat is not low enough. For 6 wks out, you should be seeing your abs by now, they wont look contest shape or anything, but they should be in enough so you can see them in the pics. Tris for sure, but nothing you can do about that now if your 6 wks out, your not growing or anything until after the show and you can eat again. Overall size looks good, quads look thick but need to come in more. Whats your diet look like at this point? Training? This was in no way meant to discourage you, I'm just trying to help a brother out

    Really cant tell much. For one thing I dont think your bodyfat is low enough for 6 weeks out. I cant tell much cuz the pics are so close in and strange poses..Calm down on the front delts

    thanks for the critiquing (sp), Webb gave me a damn good diet that I am following.
    10-12 Egg Whites, 1.5 Cups Oatmeal, and a protein shake for breakfast
    Every few hours 8-12oz chicken and 1 Cup Broccoli
    300g Sweet Potato with my 3rd meal,
    .5cups wheat pasta 30min before workout,
    more chicken broccoli,
    and then 10-12 egg whites right before bed

    Also, flax seed oil 3 times a day.

    IMO 6 weeks is plenty of time to get that bodyfat down because I'm a true ectomorph! I'll just eat so much chicken that there is no risk of atrophy. I will do my best to take some full body pics soon and abs as well. I will also take more as the show nears.

    here is a pic today I took on my phone @ the gym, this probably won't help much though

    My sentiments exactly, although that is not to say that things can't be changed. I was behind my whole prep and made some drastic changes at the end to come in really close to being on point. How much cardio you doing?

    Test Prop 100mg/ED
    Masteron 75mg/ED
    Anavar 60mg/ED
    Clenbuterol 2 Weeks on/2 Weeks off

    looking good bro, hit up mr ment1on, ive tried his cardio theory of doing 1hr in the am and 1 hr immediatly before bed followed by a carb free shake...you have size, now all you need is to come in shredded

    yeah, an hour seems like a little much though! I get so freakin hungry i think my stomach is eating itself in the morning. I do 30-45min AM cardio on an empty stomach (except for amino acid pills) and I do 30-45min cardio directly after my workout in the afternoon (i burn all the carbs when i lift and by the time i start cardio i'm just burning fat)

    Lookin good bro... I think you might need to work on bringing your left shoulder up to where your right shoulder is... That's the major thing I first noticed.. especially in the first pic... Overall though good job

    yeah, i'd like to say that's just the camera angle cause it think my left shoulder is actually stronger than my right... i'll have to check that out thanks.

    yeah, i've been tanning every other day and using this really good bronzer but I'm so fair skinned it is really hard for me to tan . Today is back day so i'll try to take some more pics after my workout, i guess front lat spread, rear lat spread, a better back dbl bis, and I'll try to get a whole body shot with my abs
