Some old pics
Here r some old pics I found. In the pics I am around 185lbs, currently bulking and I am @ 221lbs. I can still see abs in the morning, but, as I eat all my meals (8-10 meals) they start going bye-bye throughout the day. I will post some bulking pics as soon as I get a new digi-camera. My calves and hams suck, but hitting them hard now.......Later bros.

lookin' jacked bro...nice size for a shorter guy...you can tell that you love the life style! I'm 6' 5" and around 290 now....i'm bulking right now....when I cut I drop to around 275

11:30pm: 16 oz Eggwhite Int. 1 scoop casein, and 2 tbsp ANPB.
Depending how my day is going I will usually add 1 scoop whey w/ each meal.
I cook all my food with Olive Oil.
I am sponsored by Chipotle Mexican Grille so I will eat their bowls if I can't get home to eat. The best brown rice is from Trader Joe's it's frozen, just microwave for 3 min. and eat
Off-season I train mon, wed, & fri, I use Ironman's "HIT" training, you can check it out on ProfessionalMuscle.com.
I am 31 and first cycle @ 29, first cycle cut short because I broke my hand and it required surgery now I have pins in my hand, I was out 4 months.
Started my 2nd cycle July '05 to prep for my 1st show in Oct, '05, which is when I qualified for the Nats.

Looking ok, but honestly if your calves are supposed to be the same size as your arms by competition time, you have a lot of work ahead of you.

Shit man..you look INSANE. I looked at that weight and did a double take but then figured you were around 5 6ish like you said. Thats a lot of carbs..also I see you combining carbs and fats a few meals. Seen anything negative from that?

wow bro your f***en huge! i wish i could be ur size soon! i'm only 19 tho 5'10 188lbs.. i gotta get a diet like yours going when i get some money to buy that much food! i have the same problem as you with the calves but i found doing lunges followed by a burn out with calf raises 2-3 times a week actually helped my calves grow so give a try 2 c if it has any affect on you i got that from this guy @ my gym that just competeted in his 1st pro show..
what size are your arms & chest because they r huge?!
