Hello all. My name is Layne Norton and I'm a writer for bodybuilding.com and a Natural bodybuilding competitor. I just wanted to say that I am very impressed with the physiques on this site and humbled to say the least. Here is a picture from my last contest and a link to my main page on bodybuilding.com. Thanx guys, once again I appreciate the warm welcome and response. I've been over at bodybuilding.com for awhile now but I want to try and help people here as well if possible. Ryan Deluca (ceo of bbing.com) is sending me a digi cam so I can track my precontest prep progress and i'll post pics every couple weeks so you all can see my progress, it's pretty cool to watch the transformation:D
