    New to the forum: Antonio

Hi to everybody!!! My name is Antonio and I am from Spain though I'm currently living in the USA. This is my first post on the forum. I usually surf bb.com; now, I also would like to learn from this forum.

My brother encouraged me to post my pics and after some thought I decided to do it though I feel kind of shy and scared to get flamed.

Now, Im going to tell you a little bit about how I got involved in bodybuilding. I was always very skinny(real ectomorph) and people would always comment on how thin my legs were or how tiny my arms were. I never liked that. Since I was 13 or 14 I always liked to look at pics of Arnold and Lou Ferrigno. They were an inspiration for me. When I was 16 or 17 I bought a set of dumbells, a barbell and a weight bench. I would work out at home a couple of times a week . Then after 3/4 months I got tired of it and became lazy to work out again. I always wanted to look big but never had the discipline it requires.
About a year ago my weight was 160 ( 6 feet tall) and said to myself :"enough is enough" ; I joined a gym , set up a diet and got to 224 pounds. 2 weeks ago I started my cutting phase.
I'm now going to post pics from when I was 13/14 to when I did dumbells and barbell at home for 2 months to my last pics from my bulking phase. I have never taken roids.

Any tips will be very welcomed. I want to keep improving. Please tell me positive or negative comments.

    Thanks a lot

When I was 16 or 17 I worked out at home for 2 or 3 months. Then I stopped and joined a gym 13 months ago. I'm now, 25.
