Why are you cutting? You should have just lean bulked from your first pic.

because i was really fat with a high bf%, putting on muscle would have done nothing i still would look fat, so i figured id cut down to a lower bodyfat then do a lean bulk.Quote:

lean bulking is very hard too do. you will put on fat and you will put on water, it's impossible too avoid assuming you are a hard gainer. IMO, you should'v bulked first then cut, you took a few steps back, but you def did cut BF.Quote:

wow stayinstacked great info. i didnt think my bf was that high at 14%, i was 20% 4 months ago but i lost 30 lbs since then, kind of disappointing that 30 lbs later and i only shed 6%. i would get tested but apparantly the bodyfat tests conducted by personal trainers cant really be trusted.Quote:

PWO- I'll do a protien shake but I dont do the sugar after 4 wks on the diet, instead i use a potato or a serving of white rice or something along those lines. Personally I eat white potatos instead of sweet.
meal 6- 12 egg whites w/ salsa or hot sauce, 1/2-3/4 cup of oats, 2 servings flax oil, 1/2-3/4 cup mixed veggies
Also be sure to hit up mad amino acids and glutamine, it will def help retain muscle while your cutting. This is not the only way to diet, but its what works for me, and it works fast. BTW, my PM is down for awhile, I think my girl has been going on here lately. peace
