hey i recently posted pics of my 4 month progress before and after.. here are some more pics before and after cutting and dieting. Can you guess my bf% based on the second pic? i was roughly 20% in the first one.

shit! sorry about the messy bathroom especially in the first pic, bunch of messy frat guys what do you expect. we probably tapped a keg in that bathroom the night before or something that explains it

How much did you say you weighed in the 1st one, 240?
You look much lower then that now, what you at now?

At the end of september I cutted down to 235lbs then I had surgery and got down to 217. It sucked, couldn't stand being that small so I got back up to 240 in alittle over a month, and now I'm doing a lean bulk diet to kinda cut/gain muscle instead of losing. You should try to eat alot of clean foods so you dont shrink away. Your not carrying alot of fat now so start to bulk it.

If I had to guess - maybe 12 - 14 %? Could be a couple off - hard to pinpoint with one angle.
Good call on losing the weight first.
Go natural for a while and see what gains you get.

I'd say he's floating around 14% range. If you weighed less it'd be possible to be like 12%, but you have to take into account your around 225 lbs. From my cutting experience, 10% is when you start to see ripples or outlines in the abs, but 6-7 % is when you can actually see abs, like seperation between them all, and 5% or so is when you can make out the full block shape of each individual ab.

What I meant when I pm'd ya about the carb,fat,protien ratio, was try to only eat protien/carb or protien/fat meals. I dont mean ZERO carbs, I mean if there is a food that has 25 grams protien and the fat source has 14 grams of fats but like 1 or 2 grams of carbs then eat it. Just dont eat something w/ 25 grams protien,something w/ 20 grams carbs, then something w/ 20 grams fats all in one meal. Vegetables carbs are ok to throw in w/ your protien/fat meal though. They really arent considered as much of a carb source as they are antioxidents, plus they help fill you up. When I cut my daily diet would look something like this;
breakfast- 12 egg whites w. hot sauce, 1 cup of oats
mid morning- 1 skinless chicken breast, 3 spoonfulls of natty pb, 1 cup mixed veggies
lunch- 1 skinless chicken breast, 2 servings of rice
pre workout- 2 cans of tuna, 2 sevings flax oil, veggies
PWO- I'll do a protien shake but I dont do the sugar after 4 wks on the diet, instead i use a potato or a serving of white rice or something along those lines. Personally I eat white potatos instead of sweet.
meal 6- 12 egg whites w/ salsa or hot sauce, 1/2-3/4 cup of oats, 2 servings flax oil, 1/2-3/4 cup mixed veggies
Also be sure to hit up mad amino acids and glutamine, it will def help retain muscle while your cutting. This is not the only way to diet, but its what works for me, and it works fast. BTW, my PM is down for awhile, I think my girl has been going on here lately. peace
