    my pic...be gentle...

Ok here is my back shot. I am 19, been training off and on for 6 years and serious for a little over a year. At the beginning of january this year, I was in a motorcycle accident and I dislocated my shoulder and broke my leg. So you can see what 3 monthes of being in bed did to me. I am just starting to get back into it. I still can't do many shoulder exercises and I can't do legs yet. But i've been clean on my diet for a while, so hopefully it won't take that long to get back into it.

    Stats:
    19 years old
    210lbs.
    bf% - way too high!

looks like a good base, be sure you have a clean diet and add a lot of cardio, so the bf gets lower. Train hard and eat right and you'll get there!

You are definately in the right place bro, look up tons of info on working out and nutrition, and slowly get into reading the steroid section, but you have a lot of potential still built up inside of their, you just need the knowledge to let it all out,get you some supplements and a kick ass training program, get your priorities straight on what your goals are and go kick some ass,if you need any help pm me and I can point you into the right direction

You have a big frame to work with that alot of others do not have. It may take you longer to get big but once you are you will look 2 times bigger than everyone else.

Let the results be your modivation and remember to drink a shit load of water. Cardio and water will shed all the BS off.

    Good luck!

You have a good base to work from.

Find a diet that you can handle, hit the cardio and resistance train 3 times a week and i bet you will look awesome quickly.

Its a bitch, but it can be done =P

I will be cheering for ya
