    Help me on bodyfat-look at me

    Here is a pic I just took fresh outta the shower (lil red)
    Anyways its winter and Im bulking, what bf% do you think I am at?
    I never do cardio but may start. I would like to just trim up some around the waist and maintain muscle mass.

    Stats

    5' 7.5"
    178.5 lbs

    Why Not? Whats it even matter? I got outta the shower and I was looking in the mirror and though "hey why not take a pic and ask the fellas on AR what they think my bodyfat is" cause I really dont know.

    I am also wondering about what all I should do to trim up. I was thinking about adding some cardio but not sure how much.

    I was hoping for some suggestions

    I don't get why he shouldn't take a pic after a shower still?

    I'd guess 15% too dig. I don't really do cardio when bulking, I guess just throw in some light running on off days in the morning, but I'm sure the other bros here could give you better advice than I.
