Thread: Dieting DOWN!

I have just weighed myself in and after Weighing 300lbs im down to 245lbs I in 10 weeks, I know there's alot of work to go but some advice on what I should look at doing next would be appreciated I would like to lose more body fat but put on some more Mass for my upcoming Rugby league season how would you guys recommend i look at doing this?
