    19 years old, 3-month progress

Whats up guys? Just been reading the board for a couple months and decided to throw up some pics and introduce myself.

19 years old, 194 lb/5'11, 14% body fat. Started lifting on Sept 1st 2005. I dabbled in it for a few months on and off in the past. Lost a ton of muscle and fat over the summer (was previously 235 lbs).

I do a 3 day split (chest/tris, back/bis, legs/shoulders) and have to start doing cardio again as I am trying to get down to around 175.

Only thing I have been taking is my multi, whey, and my amino complex.

    Critique please...haha thanks guys

Very awesome for only 3 months and only 19! It's especially hard to pull that off while dieting besides.

    Many cudos indeed.

Good progress, If you need to switch things up try shoulders on chest and tri day, and just have a leg day. If your hitting legs as hard as you should be, then doing shoulders on that day should be very hard if not impossible.
