My old, but still kicking picts
Ok, 49 yrs old. Natural for the first 49, HA,HA. I just started my first cycle two weeks ago. Yea, yea, yea, believe me, I'm gonna get rid of that 1 pack I'm carrying.
Here is a front and back shot, from three weeks ago. Will post again in another month or two.
BTW, If yer young ass doesn't bench over 300, just sit down and shut up! LOL

Sitting down also next to Nark (not to close he likes to touch).. Dude for your age you still look okay to me.. Lose the middle and you will be looking great got a "real" oldman
Your delts look good just cardio and lean diet and go for it.. Keep putting up pics so we can gauge your progress.

Staying pretty simple, test-e 2xwk and started with D-bol (30mg daily) the middle of second week. D-bol for three weeks for a kick starter since I was told it takes 3-4 wks for the test to start. Didn't have the D-bol when I started. I'm an impatient SOB by the way. Also clen 80mcg daily. Split work outs for M-T-TH-F. total of 4 hrs treadmill per wk, gonna cut down to 2 1/2 hrs because I can't seem to go over ~208lbs at 5'8". Trying to work up to 400g protein daily. Gonna cycle for 10-12 weeks total. Currently at 208lbs. Did a BF analysis, 18.8%. I think I'm about 22-23% personally.

yeah i would have cut down b4 the cycle, just to make the muscle gains more noticable, but lookin good for 49. keep it up...

Arms look pretty big - you past 18" ?
You get that mid section to even a four pack - you're gonna be ahead of all the older guys I know - this is always their problem area for some reason.

BTW, WTF does benching over 300lbs have to do with anything? Do you want look good or bench a lot? FYI, I'm sure I bench more than you. But I don't bench anymore, it's plain stupid. Dumbells only. I want to BB, not impress the kids.
Looks good for the average 49 year old. Need to concentrate on diet on cardio. Screw power lunches and client dinners. You need to worry about what you put in your mouth. It's never too late to get in shape. It just gets harder the longer you wait.
