3 pounds a week is still pretty fast- that's about .45 pounds per day- a 1700 calorie deficit that you need to maintain your weight-
Still excellent progress from the before pics, but imo if you lost it a bit slower you would have more energy and would easily maintain more strength.
well for me anyway i just figure if i eat sensibly year round and stop eating when im full, i won't let myself get out of shape, and as a result won't have to worry about dieting much at all (esp nearing summer)

thats probably what I'll do from here on out til the 17th and next time I cut to try and preserve mass a little better. I'll just allow myself more time. Heres what I'm talking about with that last little bit of fat on my lower stomach and love handles..taken 5 mins ago (750pm) so I'm sure Im holding more water than I would in the morning

All I can say is that those lovehandles won't totally go away, I have the same and it is muscle tissue most of it. There is fat, but even when it is gone, you still have some good muscles there, some don't. I were pretty ripped this summer I still had those sides sticking out, we have to accept it I guess. But it is pretty annoying because when we have just a little more fat, it looks twice as much because of that muscle tissue there.

By the way are you taking anything now? You look alot bigger in the later pics and you are on a diet so it should be the otherway around.
Good mass and overall body, I would take it easy with the legs, they seem to be ahead of the rest, but that's just me liking the oldschool Arnold body structure. I would also hit the back of the shoulders more to get it more in sync with your arms.

Tin Tin- did you ever get the bottom 2 abs ever when you were ripped? As long as I can get those eventually I will be fine. Nah, I havent been taking anything anabolic ..just mainly some cutting supplements like clen for 5 weeks awhile back..animal cuts, ab solved and some ephedrine. I need to bring up my rear delts they are lagging a bit. You really think I look bigger in these pics?

lower abs should not be the problem, it's just that they need hard training to get muscular so it is the last thing you will se. My body is similar to your there I guess, it looses the fat on the lower ab and lovehandles last. We should get bigger lats, lats, lats and then those handles won't notice much.

It may be the better definition, but yes I think the newer pics you look bigger, especially shoulders from front and the chest is really nice.

The thing in that area is not to starve yourself to much, just avoid the carbs and have moderate fat and lots of protein. I had once a week were I went nuts with good food and stuff, it helps you not to loose hope of life.
Take the saturday for instance, buy some of the things you like the most and just enjoy, feel regular and don't think about diet, but still drink the protein shakes. This will raise the metabolism again and make you very hungry the day after, and that is a good sign that your body is burning fat again. yup, I'll have to grab some calipers. I have been doing a cheat meal once every 2 weeks or so and I think Im going to switch it to a cheat DAY next time to really kickstart things.

definitely a huge improvement man. as for the lower abs, mine do the same thing but they actually come out alot more during a good clean bulk with lots of good carbs. the rest of my body ends up holding more fat, but in some ways the abs look better. not sure exactly how it works, but maybe it will work the same for you! anyway you know you are going to go far and meet your goals with the kind of drive to make that kind of physique alteration, im sure you have nothing to worry about if you stay dedicated.
