My Picture: This is "Dura" in shape

    I'm submitting a photo of me in summer shape. I weighed 175pnds, I'm 5'8."
I'm considering competing eventually but I'd like to develop more overall mass and deepen the thickness of my hamstrings, calves, and upper chest.

I think I don't see a photo, and I think you posted in the wrong forum, but welcome to the board anyway.

oops. I thought I had an attachment. I'm a little goofy with comptures. I'll figure it out but any tips are welcomed. I'm sure it's not a difficult thing.

Thanks for the encouragement. It means alot to me. Actually, since I've started again 3 years ago, I have no "real" cycle experience. At 36 years of age, my natural test is not like it used to be so my off season gains are not optimum and on top of that, I tend to put the blinders on in the gym (my asocial mode is necessary for me to focus) so I'm not socially networking and that puts me at a disadvantage for finding a source. I'm starting a cycle of "superdrol" so maybe that will help.

Meanwhile, I'm training hard in the gyms (twice a week on my weak points; calves almost everyday unless too sore) and I'm being thoughtful about periodizing my workouts. In fact, I just started the "blood volume training" approach Titus talks about. I'm doing 12-20 reps a set, 20-30 sets, 30-35 seconds between sets. It's an amazing feeling - the pump you get. I love it. It feels like your working the muscle to the bone. I'm going to do that for the next 6 to 8 weeks and then I'm going back to the heavier way with a change up in excersize order. I start onseason in mid Feb. I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks again y'all for the feedback and encouragement.
