if your 20 weeks out, i would start doing cardio 3 x week for 30-45 min.
lower your kcal intake every week a little bit. do this for like 10 weeks en then start a cycle concisting some prop en tren ace for 10 weeks.
there's lots of work in the rear delts and i think youre somewere near 22-23% in those pics, so first get that diet and cardio in check for the upcomming 10 weeks en then look at your progression and you can start another cycle for contest prep. i think you would look good somewhere around 210 lbs . calves look good, quads need lot's of work.

I'm 5'11....... I plan on getting my clen in the next 3 weeks and i will be starting a prop and winny cycle on march 6. I have started with the cardio easing back into it this week and then will probably go to two a day cardio sessions.

Wow, you do not look 254 pounds. My only concern is that after your cut cycle, will you have any Mass left. Not to be a dick, but how long have you been training overall???

I would say close to 30%, you should start cardio 4 times a week 45minutes keep heart rate above 160. Clean the diet also.

I've been training for 3 years now since i finished high school which was 17. About my weight i know what u mean people think i am around 95 kilos which is i think about 213 pounds, but i have alwayz been a heavy kid for my age/size. I think i get it from my old lady because she has really thick bones so yer. When i started training 3 yrz ago i weighed 130 kilos a fat mofo, but managed to get down 105 kilos with a good amount of muscle converted and now bulked up again slowly to 115 wit a bit to much fat again. I estimate to lean out to 95-100 kilos when it comes time for the competition.

LoL... I was waiting for someone to comment on that. I'm surprised it took this long for someone to say it.
