    newbie

    well i used to lift a little and i let myself go but im getting back into it i look like shit but im ganna bust my ass nutrtionaly and physically let me know what you think here are my starting pics

    thanks ill be putting up monthy pics let me know what u think of my weekly routine

    60 min cardio 6 days a week
    mon chest,tris,forarms
    tues legs
    wed bis, back
    thrs just cardio
    fri shoulder chest
    sat legs
    sun off

    and im ganna change it up a little every 3 weeks

    cut cardio to 5 times a week for 30-40 min !!!!

    oh ya im about 200-205 i was 217 a month ago so im on my way i want to get lean and cut and then start to put on some muscle mass

    ya i know shitty thing is i was cut 2 years ago and i left myself go
    well.... not again im really pushin hard i changed my lifestyle around \

    Yeah good luck man! Muscles have memory and the more new muscle you stack on the more fat you'll lose just from working out. I reckon if you wok hard with your body now you should see major changes in 6-8 weeks.

    those guys in the diet forum really really know what they are talking about, i will try to give advice every once in a while but i just started my first bulking diet, so until i learn more i will keep my mouth shut, but good luck to ya bro!!

    the fat on my chest is really pissin me off though could see a huge diffrence in the upper chest but i still i a bit of fat in the lower chest region, looks horriable.
    man this is a hard spot to burn fat

    try doin some decline bench with bb or db either way might help grow some more muscle and just keep shredding

    i would hit chest just once a week.

    solid base bro. looks like you shouldnt have too much trouble workin with it. also for the chest problem, i got a suggestion. start off with decline bb bench (i know a little unorthodox to start with), and do two sets to failure. on the third set, after you finish it, grab a pair of db's and bang out a set of flat bench flys. next exercise, repeat the same thing for incline bb bench, but after the third set do incline flys instead. beginning your routine with these two exercises will greatly increase thickness and mass because of the coupling of the compound and stretching movements. hope it helps bro. good luck- B-STRONG

    right on thanks, ill give that a try and as far as my diet its nice and clean huh all those nutrition class i took in collage are payin off, thanks for the input

    decline bench is great fot adding mass to lower chest, but the main thing you should focus on now is to take the fat off with diet and cardio, u will be surprized the muscle u got under there when the fat is gone, good luck man

    good point kloder dont over train your chest just because it looks bad it takes time like its been said 100 times diet cardio and lift hard good luck bro
