k people this is my first time doing this, im 23, 5'4", 154lbs. Not really satisfied with my physique. I wanna get to 165lbs, and drop my body fat % to about 14-15 percent, right now im using a cheap electric bf% indicator which usually reads around 22.3%.

i'm not a doctor or a cpt, but i would guess you're already at about 14-15 % bf. no where close to 20's, you would never be that lean. keep up the good work bro, you have a great base.

I'd say your BF is about 12 to 13%. All you have to do is to check the diet forum and do clean bulk diet.

your Bf is looking about 12% to me i assum your holding a tad bit of water like we all do take a pic first thing in the morning or after the sauna, also see if your gym has a tanita scale they a little better at BF scale

im selling those type of crap machine for bf% and for me it say that im @ 31% when in fact im @ 8-9 you look like a 12-13%
