Progress Pics - 4 weeks or so out from a comp
Didn't get to do the comp since I had to put school first but anyways, here's where I was at. Hoping to hit it up this season when my schedule is a little less hectic.

Merci beacoup. Looked through some pics around here and everyone is damn impressive. Stats are probably 5'11", 205lbs, and bf was I dunno, 6-7 %, considering the water I'm holding. Actually, I think the pics were taken AFTER the comp. I was off I think...so I dunno. I think I was 205 clean. Shite. Whatever. AROUND 205.

lol. Yeah, I've got a baby face. I look 12.
I've done a few cycles in the past - don't remember how many off hand but prolly around 5, if that. Not too heavy. I tried one a bit heavier but backed off since I didn't like it and found no need. Slow and steady. I'm no freak and don't want to be.

Thanks gentlemen. I actually don't do any cardio. Haven't done any at all in almost a year now, and then I stepped on an elliptical twice. lol. Good diet mostly. Clean and my calories and in a good range for my body. Lift for 1 to 1.5 hours 5 times a week. I gotta start doing it especially for contest prep - though I hate how flat it makes me feel and look. Hope that helps some anyways.
