4 month progress pics

the first pic is sept right before i left iraq. it was hard for me to put on weight over there. second was 10 days ago. and yes i know my gut has gotten bigger im working on that now. i have been workin out for 11 months.

the women on the wall is what keep me motivated. every mornig i woke up i would see hot women. but it sucked not getting laided for 8 months

Looking good bro but it seems you lost some serious gains somewhere along the way.

Keep the diet clean and hit the cardio and you will lose the stomach but it is always a bitch for us guys.
