    hey zombikiller hows it going mate, i havent been on alot coz ive been really busy email me when your on, and thanks guys but i'm still well too skinny i need another 30lbs at least but ive just started a anadrol /deca /sust cycle so i'll post pics of after and palme no i'm not a boxer just a tough english prick.

    You have decent structure but there is NO WAY IN HELL you should even be considering a cycle!! I know we've suggested this to you before and you refuse to listen but you could easily gain 20lbs naturally if you diet properly and train hard. That is all I will say because based on past threads of yours you won't take any advice anyway, so all I will say is good luck.

    Start your cycle tommorrow!! But instead of administering anabolics/androgenic compounds in wait for 6 months to enable you to perfect all aspects of bodybuilding

    2. Training
    3. Rest
    4. Supplementation

    I agree. Only 6 months of lifting and then you're starting a cycle? You have a good base and your muscles are already starting to show. Why not continue lifting naturally, focus on your diet hard, get lots of rest and gain that 30 lbs naturally. Then hit the cycle.

    What's your rush...how old are you?

    i'm 24 and the only reason i'm 175lbs (i've gone up another 3lbs) is coz i've already done a dbol /sust cycle, i started off even more skinny than i am now (145lbs), I dont think I would have gained 1lb without the first cycle (my genetics are not good), and i'm in week 2 of my second cycle already so I cant stop now.

    well what to hell you have already done a cycle,just dont expect to gain 30 lbs on evry cycle now thats all

    my biceps are 15" contracted, they were 13 before i started training 6 months ago, my chest hasnt really gained anything, I think that its growing the least for some reason

    Go for it mate, there are far too few of guy's like you here in England, nanny state and all...bulk up and blow them all away in time for the summer...if it ever arrives....and if you want a mate to talk MUSCLE, then I'm your biggest fan...

    Thanks ukfreak, Although I cant tell if you are being scarcastic or not but thanks anyway bro, and BHBT I dont go to the gym, just train at home what other exercise can I do for lats?
