My first pics
I just thought i'd throw. I know I still need to gain a lot of size but i'd like to compete at some point. I don't really have the diet but i eat relatively clean until late at night then I always break down. Let me know what you think
Stats are 23 yrs old 6'0 207 lbs

Thanks for the comments. I've done 4 cycles in the past just finished a prop/tren and have been off for a week. My calves have always been a lagging part but i've been hitting them hard i'll post up a pic soon.

I'm going off for awhile to let me test levels get back to normal. I would like to compete at someday but I know I still need a good bit of size and I know being symmetrical is important so I try to bring up lagging parts but overall I would like to get to about 250lb at least but it'll take a few years for that. Oh well I love lifting it's the best thing in the world, well right up there with sex anyway. I only have 45 more lbs to go to meet my goal. It'll be fun getting there!!

Diet
My schedule changes sometimes I work during the day sometimes at night if it's day:
8:30am -protein shake with milk and 10 egg whites
11:00-11:15 chicken breast with an apple
2:00pm cup of yogurt and some string cheese
3:30-4:00pm ground beef or turkey with salsa and a banana
5:30pm protein shake with oj
then it's gym time!!!
6:45-7:00 protein shake with dextrose
7:30-8:00 chicken breast or ground turkey with some brown rice
10:00 a bowl of shredded mini wheats
then I normally have something sweet like candy or something
12:00 protein shake with milk
if I work in the evening:
10:00 4-5 eggs with 2 pieces of wheat toast
11:00 protein shake with oj
gym
12:15-12:30 protien shake with dextrose
1:15-1:30 chicken breast or ground beef/turkey
4:30 chicken breast with an apple
6:30-7:00pm cup of yogurt and some string cheese
9:30-10:00pm ground beef or turkey with salsa and a banana
12:00 protein shake with milk
I try to eat at least every 3 hrs and an absolute minimum of 20 grams of protein each meal.
