This is me at age 21... Not sure on all my stats such as bf, but I'm pretty sure it's in the single digits... I'm 5'10" about 175 give or take a few pounds... Been workin out quite awhile but lately my diet has been horrible so I could look better. Taking NO- Explode and CellMasz... Other then that all natural...

Oops, my bad... And thanks for the feedback... I am wanting to know any good websites to get some good prohormones at though. I've never taken them and I hear they're the closest thing to the actual stuff so I'd like to try em'.

bf i would guess is 10 - 11% ... you have a big chest - with the rite diet you would could put on 5 - 10 lbs and keep you bf% in check... i would start there - every one thinks steroids are more productive than diet - but steroids and a bad diet will leave you very disappointed.

go read on diets i saw one posted just a few min ago.. or just use the search and get all the info you want

Wheels aren't comin' easy for me. Got bad genetics in the knee department whole family has thin legs and knees. Upper legs are fine, but it all tapers down to the knee... I'll try and get some pics up.

And I'm workin' on my diet... It's a little difficult for me though being in the military and being a firefighter. We work one day on and one day off. So I'll have a normal day one day, and next be stuck at the station. Usually eat chicken and rice at the station and have a protein shake (Not much of a cook) and on my days off I miss the morning chow hall cuz we don't get off duty till right before it closes so I usually come home and down some egg whites, OJ, whole wheat bread w/ peanut butter or mixed nuts. And then usually for lunch or dinner eat as healthy as I can at the chow hall, and I have my protein shakes inbetween meals.

I haven't juiced in 3-4 years (sorry, I don't keep the exact dates on me), back in the summer before my senior year was when I dabbled in the stuff a few times and haven't used it since. Also in my defense I quit working out for a year and pretty must lost everything... So am I all natural, yeh, I am. I'm 21 years old, Cell mass and NO-Xplode only, oh I'm sorry, I also take multivitamin and fish oil, uh oh... I guess I'm lying to you guys... I've been trying but they don't seem to grow. I start off with either Leg press or Squats, after those two I do lunges, then Hamstring Curls and Leg Extensions... I do four sets of each and on the last set of squats I rep with 315 without any back brace, knee wraps, or any bs, and last set of presses I rep with 700. I think I have decent strength in em' the stubborn bastards just don't wanna grow

Whatever you wanna call it then... fine, I don't "currently use"... Is everybody happy now?
