    My Pics Over The Years- Progress

    These are my pics I took while dieting down over the years. My goal is to progress slowly by adding lean mass instead of bulky fat . Let me know what you guys think.

    I feel that I am starting to understand my body and diet after all these years.

    u look good, but almost the same 3 years ago. not saying that you dont look muscular, im just saying that you havent gained a lot of weight. what are the stats over the years? cycles? diet?

    very nice improvement from summer 01 to summer 02 with your traps....at least in my opinion

    I think you are a V-shape lover like me..Can you let me know what are the best workouts to enhance V-shape according to you..DO mail me on [email protected] if possible

    First of all thanks for all the compliments and feedback!

    I have done about 4 cycles. I only cycle when I diet down. I am an endo- mesomorph I can gain weight fairly easily. I only bulk naturally and I keep my diet clean 80% of the time. The reason why I dont go on an all out bulker is because I prefer to have a lean, asthetic physique. I used to be in the getting huge phase when I first started, but now Id rather stay lean and maintain decent shape year round. I dont plan on juicing for the rest of my life, and the size that carry is much easier to maintain.

    As for my stats I am currently 25 yrs old. I am 5 8' and was about 185 in those pics. I am currently 197 and fairly lean.I train my legs hard and they are proportionate to the rest of my physique. I will post a pic when I get a chance
