    1 Year Progress pics.

    After a year in school, and i just ended a cycle of Ergomax and Prostanozol. And got some major water rentention rockin, I love it. But, let me know what you think. The first pic is from Jan of last year, and the rest are from tonight.

    what an Odd lookin physique .. yur hips r like wide ? but yur obliques are very little .. and yur shoulders are super narrow ..

    id say .. slightly get yur obliqes thicker cuz it looks wierd .. get yur delts nice and roud .. do those presses and laterals

    yea i would work on more width....side lateral raises for shoulders worked well for me, along with the usual presses.

    how are the legs?

    I do have a fuked up physique let me tell you. My shoulders are slacking so hard, I can not get them up no matter what i work the hell out of them.
    My waist size is 34 excluding my awesome love handles.


    And, thats not my bed, its a couch with my shirt thrown over it making it look like an un maid bed

    and my wheels and calves are my strongest points, but its too damn cold in my basement to get undressed again haha. next time, next time.

    pretty good progress over the course of a year. I would lean out a bit if I were you for the time being then attempt to add some more mass. I think you will find your midsection will continue to grow if you stick with trying to add mass. Looks decent I second what the other guys were saying hit the shoulders and abs hard.

    You got a killer physique SVT... you're lookin' better than a hellova lot of other people out there... keep it up brotha. Even if you lean up a little more and focus on a bit of width it would help... but seriously, excellent progress and work.

    nice man thanks. after my birthday in March, im gonna have a few extra bucks and get some Clen and T3 and cut hard. get down to around, 190 im thinking, im 215 currently, then bulk up in the summer

    Try to develop all your body parts better and keep pluging away bodybuilding is something you do over many many years; you do look better then before though good job.

    Nope.. those are his obliques that're causing that width he identified as 'love-handles'.. To thicken them would be detrimental.

    My goal's for this year are to trim up and break that jelly roll i have. and build up my shoulders.
