Check out my progress
Hey guys, been on here for a while and never posted pics. Well, here goes. Started a cycle of test, equipoise , and winny in January. 5'10" starting weight of 175, and am now 190. Lost a few pounds this week because of a cold (great timing!), but not much difference. Just pissed I missed out on the growth time. My goal is to get between 195-200. Have 3 weeks left. First pic is start, and next ones are through the cycle. Ones in locker room are taken today, first day back at the gym after the cold. Sorry for the crappy pics. Having a friend take better ones next week. Looking forward to the feedback...don't flame too bad!!

Thanks guys, been happy with the way the wheels have come out. Decided to mix it up and do lots of squats, lunges, deadlifts, but what seemed to really pop the quads was front barbbell squats. I'll post better pics next week.

Cycle's over...
Hey guys, totally done with cycle and really happy with the results. Had no sides except for a few sleepless nights of sweats. Didn't get the weight I wanted, but got pretty close. Ended up peaking at 195 and after a week vacation in Mexico, went down to 192. Starting pct today. Am thinking of doing another cycle in August of September. Can't wait. Here's a few updated pics. Any ideas on bf?

You said that front BB squats really helped them grow? Do you leg press by chance?
Also like mentioned before, traps could use some help... I'd hit those hard in your last 3 weeks of the cycle.

Hey guys, thanks for all the great posts. Seem to lots of comments about the wheels. Just hit em hard with squats, front squats, lunges, deadlifts, extensions and curls. Mixed up the intensity and exercises and kept the reps fairly low, except every now and then I'd do squats at high reps. Followed an old Poliquin workout that I had that was really intense. My diet is high protein (1.5g/lb bodyweight), moderate carbs and low fat. Next time, I'll up the caloric intake, because I think I could've handled it. Lost some of my gains because I've been in India for a month on business. Its hard to keep up the diet and the workouts, between the food available and the heat! But I'm glad I've kept most of it.
