Here's another pic the day after.
That's too vague a question.
How much of a time frame til your next show?
They are many factors you can manipulate... calories; training; gear.. etc.
I have to agree, a little more specifics would be useful.Quote:

from jan 2005-jan 2006 i gained ~30 lbs w/o juice, and only went up 1.25% bf.
This question can't be answered with some more specifice i.e. workout, diet, supps, gear, etc.
I'm sure you understand that you can't put on weight if you dont eat. Also legs are half your body, nothing will cause you to increase more weight than tree trunk quads. Protein is essential.
Post some more info and we'll see where we can help you.
were you guys shopping at a crafts store , the day after your show!!???????
next show will be the pittsburgh bodybuilding championship in may of 07.
It's a hard show but it will let me know where i stand. I did that show when i was 18 and placed second in teen division.
No we weren't shopping at a craft store at a local joint pigging out
say if i was to go that route what kind of gear would u suggest Narkissos, if im allowed to ask. I have done some things in the past
What have you done in the past?Quote:

Congrats on your placing. Your backgroud would help. Age, years training, current weight, previous cycle history.Quote:
