    2005 - 2006 (same pose)

    Here is my progress in the last year. I took the first pic on the first week of March 2005 and the recent pic a few days ago. Not exactly a year but just about. I looked extremely flat and smooth in the first pic. I hope that doesn't happen to me this year. That is my only fear. So far I beleive with the help of alot of bros on here I should avoid making the same mistake.

    Lookin much leaner. Looks like your rear delts have a little more size to them also. Did you change your overall diet from the previous year?

    Yup. My diet is completely changed as I started looking into dieting alot better in the past few months.

    Could be any number of factors.

    You DID admit not having as sound a grasp on dieting last year correct?
