new here, any help would be great. any guess on BF%

Hey guys, I have been lurking here for a few months. Thought I would finally post my picture, looking for guesses on BF%. I started my first cycle today of just 400 a week of test E.

A little background, I hadn't hit a gym in 10 years and ultimately got up to a disgusting 250 pounds. Finally I found motivation for exercise and diet. Here I am 2 years later 70 pounds lighter.

Weight 179 pounds
calfs 16"
quads 23.5"
chest 39"
Waist 32"
neck 15.5"
arms 14.75"

congratulations on the massive weight loss,that takes time and dedication.

not sure your ready to juice up though.but atleast youve decided to drop all that weight before even considering it.

congrats on the weightloss mate. 16% BF would be my guess.
I think you could have waited to cycle as you do not have a good base. At least the cycle you have chosen is sensible. Hope it goes well.

I thought I would do a before and after. I bought a caliper the other day and tested my bodyfat at 14% which I am very pleased about. My goal is 10%

I used to never share these pictures but you guys seem like a good group.

From the look of your nipple in the first pic it looks like you may be prone to gyno, hope you have nolva on hand during cycle.

dude, I HAVE gyno. My dad has it, his dad had it. I some of the worst ever. since I was maybe 11 years old. My goal is 10 % BF and then I am treating myself to surgery. Its been a source of shame since I can remember. Sucks ass

Great progress so far. Youve made a nice change in your physique. Keep at it, and remember its going to get harder to lose the BF as you get lower but it will come off.

Shitty about the gyno man.. Looking alot better though. I had gyno for an embarrasing 10 years and got surgery on it. Only thing is still feels like I have a little built up lump under my left side but then again its been maybe 5 weeks since surgery so it could still be fluid or swelling. If your wondering how the surgery and post and everything is just holler at me, like I said I just had my surgery and went through it all in the last little bit. Wont be able to hit any weights till about 2 weeks after the surgery though.
