    Thumbs up Getting back

    Slowly I'm getting back to the old Nancy.... just had my 2nd full week back at the gym. I'm starting to feel like my old self. I haven't dieted in weeks. The funny thing for the 2 and 1/2 weeks I was sick.. I ate nothing but bad foods.. pizza's... etc...LOL. Funniest part, I didn't gian any weight....LOL.

    I've decided to start a light diet soon.. for summer.

    The pic attached was taken a few days ago. I think my arms look smaller.... in fact they are like an inch smaller.. DOH!!!! Gimme some time and the "freak" will be back... hehe.

    Thumbs up Benching...

    It was the 1st time I've benched in well over a yr and 1/2.

    Got a plate no prob... 8 clean reps..soo I said the hell with it and went for 225.. got 2. Not bad considering I haven't tried that much poundage in like 2 yrs now.
