[COLOR=blue]I wanted to get some feedback on what you guys think! I am 21 yrs old and Natural, did 3 Bodybuiding shows and took 3 1st places and a 3rd. I am 5 ft 8 inches weigh 190 lbs and am stuck at this point where I cannot grow at all! I eat eat eat and stay the same, just some slight gains in legs and that is all. Help me Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Need to see typical diet and workout routines, rest per night etc... just couple of things, keep a training book, write down everything you eat and workouts, include your weight, measurements etc.. keep trying different things and then look back at your log and see what works for you and what doesn't
Well I know my diet is clean and I am getting enough protein throughout the day. I hammer at the gym 6 days a week changing my workout regimines all the time. Now for sleep I get atleast 7 hr every night, so don't think I am lacking sleep. (Plus I nap!) What do you guys think as far as my physique goes? I need some criticism to help me out!

and I bought 2 bottless of ergo-pharm's 1-AD
bumped ut the diet to 300gr food protein and 250 gr shakes ,drunk water like a fish and I gained 10 lbs and some strength .
At little more bodyfat than at 190lbs I think that there are about 5lbs of solid muscle .
Not a lot compared to the juice but a big step towards the limit .aljordan knows what I mean
