    The pic was taken about 4 weeks ago...
    I never Cycled...
    Any opinions appreciated...


    Oh ya, stats are...17 years old,4% body fat,6 months of training,1.72 mt.,62kg.

    Bro you definetly need to start eating more, no flame just the truth. I don't think you should cycle anything at the moment, just stick with a bulking diet and wait until you put some weight on and keep training.

    yes i agree, maybe its just a bad picture but definately get a lot bigger before you start bulking

    up your calories, take some creatine, gain a bunch of weight

    i'm take some creatine(labrada),egg protein and carbohidrate!

    i'm eating 6 times per day....carbohidrates before the traine and proteins later....


    but i have low bodyfat.always...

    Looks like you've got a nice base to build on! Keep up with the diet and training...do what Iron Horse said and get on some creatine. Hold off on the AS for a few years.
