    Hello, thought I would share.

Recently signed up to the forum to get advice on my first cycle which I plan to do in 6 months time, I have been training and competing serious for 5 years now in cross country running, adventure racing & marathons, basically endurance events mixed in with some shorter fun runs. I rarely touch weights but I do mix my training up with Crossfit, Gymnastics & Outdoor but mainly focus on running.

    Cheers.

for someone doesn't regularly who dabble in weights, you have a pretty solid structure... seems that despite all the marathon and race training, your body seems naturally inclined to hold onto muscle... that's great news if you're thinking to start lifting... there's a good chance you make impressive natural gains
