First Cycle Before & After

Hey Bros,
Im 23 yrs old an im 6 ft 2 an in this pic i weighed 158 lbs(HUGE)
I ran a 10 wk cycle that consisted of , 300mg deca an 400mg test cyp

Thi is my after pic i now weigh 185 lbs .I plan on starting another cycle in july . d-bol,deca, test.so tell me what you think. my bf is 7-8 %.

Hit the diet harder fatty! :D That is obviously a joke...you great bro...very dense and hard. Shredded. You can definately see that you have put on some size. Guys, it may not look like a gain of 27lbs but remember Tommy is 6'2" so it's pretty evenly distributed. Great work man!

How the hell did you stay so ripped? What was your diet like? Did you do any cardio? Great job.

Well Bro i ate the shit out of tuna fish an chicken breast.i would eat at least 3-4 cans of tuna,1-2 chicken breast weigh protien,and eat my 3 regular meals a day.An no i have not done one bit of cardio.

I want my next cycle to better than my first,so any suggestions
