I've never measured em ?? I haven't really ever measured anything but arms, and they are just over 17" . :( O well, by the end of my next go, they're gonna be 18's. Hope to get more seperation in my quads..and more size. Slowly...but surely. Thanks for the kind words.

what he squats shouldn't have much to do with the size of his legs, tee hee, i have squatted 455 and my legs are 25.5, 2 cycles later (cutting and being sick) their 25 inches and i can hardly squat 406 x 6. but my leg press is strong too.
