    3 weeks on cycle

    3 weeks after cycle doing 6 dbol ed and 200mg deca .

    I look more defined in the mirror!

    Please tell me your views bro`s.

    im 5"10 12.5 stone

    32 waist, 14.5inch biceps, 42.5 inch chest.

    what cycle should i do next.

    Next cycle is up to you bro, but i would add some test and up the doses a bit. Looks like you're doing well so far, if you're happy that's the bottom line. Shape is decent, you have a good frame to build on.

    i eat 4 to 5 meals a aday.

    would it be cos of dosage of deca ?

    would i put alot more shape after the eight weeks, i have put on .5 stone.

    Look at some of the posts on bulking diets. Eat 6-7 meals a day with 50g protein at each one. if using aas eat an extra 500-100kcals a day. Make sure your post workout nutrition is good (search for posts). Train hard, sleep well and try to stay away from to much alcohol. You look great for the rapid success you gained. Knowledege is the key to getting the body you've always wanted.

    I would recommend 4000cals per day, 300-350g protein, 600g carbs, 70-90g fat (good fat...unsatureated) spread over 6 meals (not including protein drinks)

    Train hard, train heavy, train strict, train smart

    Next cycle:

    weeks 1-4 dbol @ 35mg/day
    weeks 1-10 deca @ 400mg/week
    weeks 1-10 sust (or another test) @ 500mg/week
    clomid post cycle, nolvadex on hand.

    i think my problem is not enough cals!
    should i drink protein drinks with high cals.

    Weight gainers are fine in moderation, just watch out for cals from fat. Good luck bro.

    how can i be sure that what i have is legit!
    i think my naps are ok they are thai the pink ones!
    my deca is infar glass amp and it say nothing else but only has a white line in the neck!

    Most people post pictures of their steroids in that section in order to get comments to see if other people think their gear is real or fake. Try that.

    i would agree with Pete235 on the new cycle. Deca , dbol , and sus should do you really great. Work out hard. You look like you have a great base man. IMO all you have to do is set a goal for yourself and do it. I'm not a big guy, but i have in my mind somewhat of how i want to look like in the end, and i work at getting the shape i want. YOu look good man, keep workin hard, train hard and sleep. Don't forget the protein. Good luck

    To be honest, you even don't look like someone who's working out and it's definitely too early for juice. This is really funny.. I posted my stats on AR last week and I was told NOT to take any juice. And today you're advising a guy who looks worse than me before I started working out to do a second cycle..

    My advise: Learn how to workout first. Eat more. And you will grow.

    Btw, Dbol is highly hepatoxic. Testosteron is as anabolic as dbol but much better for the liver.

    Good starting point just be patient and the gains will come but remember that this sport is 90% Nutrition. Always keep the picture of what you want to look like in your mind no matter how tough it gets .

    Do you really think that AS is the way to go with so little training - I am not critisizing you as I think the decision to use and not to use is a personal one - I just don't want to see you injure your'e joints and ligaments because they are'nt strong enough . Remember that AS makes the muscles strong and does little for the joints and ligaments just ask a lot of guys with rotator cuff and torn Pecs or biceps.
